Overview
LOGLINE: Suburban moms chat on the sidelines of their children’s soccer game, one-upping each other about how much they support their gay children. One mom wants to join in, trying to convey that her daughter is a lesbian, but she’s too scared to actually use the word “lesbian”.

Development
Began as a sketch entitled "Allies", focusing on the performative activism from the parents and how it affects their children.
Received feedback that my idea began to lag near the end and lacked a clear focus.
Challenges Faced
This project required a specific format entitled TV Tape-Live Format by Matt Carless, which differs from usual TV screenplays and is meant for live broadcasts.
To achieve this, I created my own template in Final Draft 12 that automatically formatted my screenplay into the correct format.
